My Canadian readers are invited to our East Coast Moms’ #PCInsidersCollection Twitter Party on Monday June 27th at 9pm AST (8pm EST). Along with fabulous prizes, we’ll be chatting about the new #MustTry items from the collection – we’ve been testing them so you don’t have to (it’s a fun job!). To win, you need to RSVP, and you can do that at the bottom of this post.
If you follow me on Facebook, I did a live video on Friday that introduced many of the season’s new PC products. Seeing that it was a gorgeous weekend here in Halifax, I also had the opportunities to try almost all of them – and it’s my favourite grouping yet over the past 5 years of testing them out.
My favourites so far?
I know you are supposed to save the best for last, but I cannot brag about this one enough… PC Creamfirst Speculoos Cookie Butter Ice Cream!
You know I love me some cookie butter and trust me, when it’s swirled through PC’s Creamfirst ice cream, it’s over the freakin’ top. ‘Nuff said.
It’s not the kale that lured me in, it was the asiago – it gets so melty and delicious when these are cooked on the barbecue. I didn’t even realize until after we tried these that they were chicken sausages, they are delicious and filling.
The PC Pico De Gallo Hot Salsa did not last long enough at our house.
I was a bit scared off by getting the hot version versus the mild, but the heat was perfect and nothing beats fresh Pico for snacking on a hot afternoon.
The PC Flavour Burst Sugar Kiss Melon is, to quote myself, like a ‘cantaloupe on crack’.
Cantaloupes are my favourite melon, but sometimes they are hit and miss in the flavour department. These Sugar Kiss Melons are unbelievably juicy and sweet.
During this week leading up to the party, I’ll be giving many other new products a go, so join us next Monday to get the inside scoop on the Insiders Collection. RSVP now:
