Whether you cook gluten free out of necessity or by choice, Patak’s makes it easy because all of their products sold in Canada are gluten-free, naturally. May will be Celiac Awareness Month, so I’ve decided to create a round up of my recipes using Patak’s products that are totally gluten-free as well. I hope you give a few of them a try by the time May arrives.
Madras Beef Curry (thickened with cornstarch & water instead of flour & water)
Balti Tomato & Cumin Meatballs (serve with gluten-free pasta or rice)
Tandoori Glory Snack Mix (using gluten-free pretzels)
That’s a lot of delicious gluten-free food with Indian flair! More recipes and inspiration can always be found on the Patak’s blog, Good Korma, and be sure to follow them on Twitter and give them a like on Facebook.
Being a #PataksMom for going on two years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my knowledge of Indian cuisine exponentially and have created lots of new Patak’s fans. It’s time now for me to go back and revisit some of these great recipes I’ve already shared with you. So while I’m now officially retired as a #PataksMom, you will still see more great Indian-inspired recipes from me in the future. I’d like to thank Patak’s for offering such quality products and as such, being such an easy brand to work with.
Disclosure: I am part of the Patak’s Canada ambassador program and I receive special perks as part of my affiliation with this group. The opinions on this blog are my own.
