The latest addition to the Yoplait family might quickly become my all-time favourite. YOPA! is fat-free Greek yogurt that contains NO artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours, but DOES have twice the protein and only 80 calories per serving.
With flavours such as Lotta! Pina Colada, Va-Va! Vanilla Bean, Mmmm! Mango Tango, Very Berry Lush! and Oh-La-La! Strawberry Cheesecake… just opening one is a reason for an OPA! Moment. There has been a lot of good in my life lately, so here are my Top 5 OPA! Moments of the Week:
- Chelsea started soccer tonight! OPA!
- Went to my first auction and scored some great buys and supported an important cause. OPA!
- My attempts at ‘smoky eyes’ are improving and look less racoonish. OPA!
- I’ve been on the stationary bike two days in a row. OPA!
- I’m having a fantastic hair day! OPA!
I’ve also got a reason for one of my readers to say OPA! I have a YOPA! prize pack valued at $100 to give away to a lucky Canadian reader. Other bloggers are running similar giveaways, so while you can enter on all of our blogs (please, visit lots of Canadian blogs, they rock!), you can only win one prize pack.
To enter, leave a comment on my blog letting me know your latest OPA! Moment. For a bonus entry, follow me on twitter and tweet the following:
