This Balsamic Pork Tenderloin recipe pretty much makes itself in the slow cooker. While it’s delicious with rice and veggies, I found out that it also makes a fantastic wrap! Dempster’s has just introduced all-new tortillas in a variety of flavours with improved freshness, and their Original Tortillas were just right for containing all of this piggy goodness (along with some shredded mozzarella and sliced roasted red peppers).
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp each salt and black pepper
Put all in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours and then shred with two forks… see? Pretty much foolproof (hope I didn’t jinx anyone by saying foolproof… or is that just me?)
Not into pork? Look for some wrap inspiration on Dempster’s website, there’s lots to be found. Who knows?
