Why? My guess is to jump in a bowl of the new PC Garlic & Herb Marinade.
Out of all of the items we received to try out from the new Summer 2012 Insiders Report, (including the chocolates), this is my favourite. There is something about the mix of herbs and proportions of them that they used that I absolutely love.
When we grill chicken, it normally gets finished with barbecue sauce. This smelled so good while it was cooking, I didn’t even bother.
I was grilling three good-sized breasts, and I let them marinate in the fridge for only about half an hour before getting them grill-ready. So they didn’t dry out, I wrapped them in foil, sprayed with non-stick spray and allowed them to cook that way on the grill for the majority of the time. Once they were just about done, I unwrapped them so they could brown up some. The marinade made the chicken juices so fragrant, it smelled absolutely delicious when the steam got a chance to escape the foil packet.
I can’t wait to try this marinade on some other meats!
